Who We Are

The Cultural Affairs Office is a strategic unit by origin and continuity. In this sense, it enables links with institutions, associations, and communities across the province, whether public, private, or community-based, in co-management or as the main promoter of concrete policies and actions. Since its beginnings, it has developed different initiatives for society such as workshops, seminars, and artistic activities. These actions have encouraged access, training, and cultural development throughout the community.

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

• Promote access to culture, prioritizing the most vulnerable sectors of our society from a rights-based perspective
• Create spaces for exchange to strengthen recognition of cultural plurality through multidisciplinary practices
